Please join members of the Swissvale community and G-Tech Strategies for the 2nd Annual Sunflower Garden Planting.

This sunflower garden is made possible by a partnership with Allegheny County Economic Development, Allegheny Together, Mon Valley Initiative, and the Swissvale Garden Club.

• GTech Strategies is a Pittsburgh-based non-profit social enterprise dedicated to fostering community and growing the green economy by eliminating blight

• Sunflower Gardens are a transitional strategy that allows the community to actively participate in the early stages of converting once blighted spaces into clean, safe areas while giving the community time to develop and implement plans for a more productive long-term strategy for the site.

Food and refreshments will be free to all participants.
