Animal Rescue League Hosts "Free Fur All" Adoption Day on Saturday

It's the perfect time for a new addition to the family!

The Animal Rescue League is hosting a "Free Fur All" adoption day from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20, at its East Liberty shelter.

For qualified adopters, the shelter is offering free adoptions of pets in an effort to empty its kennels. The event is in conjunction with the ASPCA's $100K Challenge.

The challenge aims to inspire shelters—and those who support them—to go above and beyond to increase pet adoption, reunite lost dogs with their families and save more animals' lives.
