PHDA is Offering Grants for First-Time Home Buyers

The Pittsburgh Housing Development Association, Inc. (PHDA), is offering a grant for first-time home buyers for assistance towards down payment and closing fees. The PHDA, Inc., Subsidies Grant opportunity is being funded by Wells Fargo Housing Foundation.

Eligible awardees must fill out an application, be a first-time home buyer, complete an approved Housing Counseling Program, and provide income verification. Grant requests for down payment assistance should email info@phdainc.org. The application submission deadline is June 1, 2014.
