Community Update

Be prepared for the fact that this judge is a complete jerk.. And that is coming from a plaintiff who won my case! I filed against a tenant and I must say I was appalled at how rude judge caulfield was to the tenant. It was sad and uncalled for. When I tried to steer him back to the specifics of the case he "insinuated" that I would lose my case if I continued to interrupt. He is simply a mean power hungry guy who looks down on others as if they are second class citizens. Because he has the power to make or break your case he treats people like dirt on the bottom of his shoes, and then dares you to react to it so that he can throw your judgement the other way. So sad that I have to deal with this jerk and that he is the area's only option for magisterial justice.
