The Shoulders Workshop
In our yoga practice we want to find flexibility and strength in our shoulder girdle, while not overdoing it. In this workshop we will explore the range of movement possibilities and alignment that is found between the scapula, clavicle, shoulders, arms and hands in weight bearing poses such as Down Dog and Plank, as well as poses where the arms are non-weight bearing, such as Triangle and Warrior II.
