 ookbook from the Mothers and Daughters Guild of St. Nicholas Orthodox Ch
 urch\, in Homestead. Calling upon members\, family and friends the Guild
  has compiled a collection of 371 recipes including everything from appe
 tizers to desserts. Special features include recipes from +Metropolitan 
 Nicholas\, of thrice-blessed memory\, reposed in the Lord March 13\, 201
 1\, who was the spiritual leader of the American Carpatho-Russian Orthod
 ox Diocese of the U.S.A.\, as well as\, favorite dishes of the church's 
 liturgical seasons. Many of the contributors have shared personal storie
 s about the origins of their favorite dishes. The book will be on sale S
 undays from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in the church auditorium at 903 Ann

 e at 412-271-6907 The Guild will donate the proceeds of this fundraiser 
 to St. Nicholas Orthodox Church projects\, local Orthodox Christian char
