Yolanda Clay left her 5-year-old foster child in a locked car with the windows up while she shopping at Edgewood Towne Centre.

Yolanda Clay, 53, of Rankin faces a preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 18 before District Judge Kim M. Hoots following her arrest after she left her 5-year-old foster child in a locked car with the windows up on Sept. 6 in Edgewood Towne Centre.
