Roads Getting Slick: See Conditions Before You Decide to Head Out
The snow is falling, and the roads aren't so hot. Use our interactive map to check out roads in and around your neighborhood.
The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh is forecasting several inches of snow Friday afternoon, and road conditions are deteriorating.
By late morning, roads around the Forest Hills-Regent Square area were pretty much snow covered. Cars were having trouble on some hills and most secondary roads and PennDOT had still not treated some state roads.

I would just like to give some praise to the Forest Hills road crew. They always do an excellent job. I drove in Friday from Geensburg and of all the municipalities on Route 30 Forest Hills roads were in the best condition by far.
