Shawn Jones, 18, and Tyquan Brooks, 17, of Lincoln-Lemington face homicide charges in the shooting death of 17-year old Elijah Washington, who was found dead under the Larimer Avenue bridge on Wednesday.
The Post-Gazette is reporting that Jones and Brooks are being charged with criminal homicide, robbery and criminal conspiracy. Brooks faces additional charges of attempted homicide and carrying a firearm without a license, according to the newspaper.
