Let It Snow—Winter Weather Advisory in Effect through Tuesday Night
The snow keeps falling today after a dry December.
While December left us with more fall-like temperatures and a mostly snow-free month, the first week of the new year is bringing on the winter precipitation.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory that is in effect until 7 p.m. Tuesday evening. An additional one to three inches of snow is expected this evening in the Pittsburgh area.
Snow has been falling rapidly in the Regent Square and Forest Hills areas as roads also are becoming covered and slippery. Please be cautious while driving.
