FH Courts: DUI, Drug Charges Heard

The latest from Forest Hills court.

 

The following cases recently were heard by District Judge Thomas Caulfield in Forest Hills:

Kenneth Lee Jr., 35, of Penn Hills waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of two counts of DUI and driving while blood alcohol content is higher than .02. He was charged May 18 by Swissvale police.

April D. Hamrick, 39, of Braddock waived her right to a preliminary hearing on two counts of DUI charges. Swissvale police charged her May 14.

Gertrude Grace Maxon, 46, of Forest Hills waived her right to a preliminary hearing on two counts of DUI charges and careless driving. Forest Hills police charged Maxon May 18.

Mekkia Warren, 40, of Swissvale was held for court on charges including making terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment, She was charged June 19 by Swissvale police.

Shaun David Gallagher, 32, of Swissvale waived his right to a preliminary hearing on four counts of manufacturing with intent to deliver, tampering with evidence, five counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was recently charged after a traffic stop in which he appeared to be intoxicated, according to the police criminal complaint. Police found pills, marijuana and cash in the car.
